Eniola, from Nigeria
Coaching might be new for some of you. So let us share the difference that Transformations' coaching made to Eniola, from Nigeria. She came to the UK to study a PhD and is now working in the engineering sector. She received regular online coaching from Phil Thomas, Director of Transformations. She says:
“Phil is really an exceptional coach. He asks me questions that help me to think and come up with my own solutions both for the student group, which I lead at my church, and in other areas of life. His coaching has helped me develop my leadership skills, my confidence and strategic skills. He is supportive and affirming. The coaching has really helped me to develop as a leader and as a person.
Through his coaching I have organised many successful events for students, including one which almost 100 attended where the Lord Mayor of Leeds was our guest speaker! I really thank God that I have him as a coach.”
