COACHING

What Is Coaching?

Coaching is a conversation where the coach listens and asks questions, helping you see issues from a new perspective. This process enhances your understanding of yourself and your choices. Rather than telling you what to do, a coach guides you in exploring options as you decide your next steps. For Christians, coaching also offers a chance to reflect on what God is teaching you and how you can respond.

Who Is Our Coaching For?

Our coaching is primarily available to those who have attended one of our training sessions—whether a one-off, short course, or the year-long Apprenticeship—since it complements and enhances that training. We also have limited spaces for coaching Christian young professionals actively involved in our network.

What Does Our Coaching Cover?

You choose the topics for discussion, whether it's big ideas for bringing God’s transformation to your community, career choices, clarity on church or work issues, improving challenging relationships, or furthering your discipleship. Speaking with someone outside the situation can provide clarity and options for action. Your coach is here to support and help you.

How Does Our Coaching Work?

Our coaching, like our training, is delivered online in 50-minute sessions. We offer a free initial session to determine fit, after which we typically agree on six sessions every 4-6 weeks. The cost varies based on your financial circumstances. While our coaches regularly charge £50 per session, we have scholarships available for those from developing countries which means only an admin fee applies.
